  • Decree 2017-1021 of November 7, 2017 establishes the switchover from Madagascar to the eVisa system for the nonimmigrant category
  • Currently only the tourist visa is supported by the eVisa system
  • The eVisa tourist is a single entry visa with a maximum duration of 90 days.
  • Any foreign national who wishes to go to Madagascar must make an application for a visa
  • Diplas and representatives of international organizations are exempt from visa fees
  • The visa of less than 30 days is free for the Mauritian nationals
  • An authorization of landing is delivered at the latest 72 hours after the validation of your enlistment on line
  • The landing authorization is to be printed or kept in the smartphone for a police check on arrival
